Important Notice: Form Submission and Emergency Contact Information

Please note that all submitted forms are directed to a database that is not monitored 24/7. In the event of an an emergency, dial 911 immediately. For non-emergency situations, you can contact Emergency Communications by calling 580-581-3272.

The following forms are not intended for reporting missing persons, break-ins, or livestock currently out of their designated area. 

Public Records Center

This section allows citizens to submit Open Records Requests to obtain public information, documents, and recordings. 

Wanderers/At risk

This registry is designed for individuals who are at risk of wandering or have a history of wandering away from home. This may include non-verbal individuals or those with cognitive impairments who may not be able to communicate their identity or location to responders. 

After Hours Contact/Access

This form contains emergency contact information for key holders who can be reached in cases of security issues, fire emergencies, or other critical situations. 

Livestock Registration

The Livestock Registry allows Emergency Communications to contact the appropriate individuals in the event of loose livestock. This helps ensure a swift response when livestock is found outside of their designated area.

Sign up here to receive mass notifications from the Comanche County Emergency Management team. This service will provide you with important updates, including severe weather alerts, critical emergency information, and other vital notifications. 

Comanche County Storm Shelter Registration

A registry for storm shelters and safe rooms located on properties within Comanche County. By registering, you ensure that first responders are aware of shelters locations and can check for the occupants after severe weather emergencies.

Agency Record Request

This form is specifically for authorized first responder agencies to request records from Emergency Communications for official use only. Official use refers to dispatch records that are utilized for investigative purposes or as documentation in legal proceedings.
